Q: What attracted you to the role and the company?
Joining the Novoferm Group felt like an opportunity to be part of something with real momentum. I was excited by the growth ambitions and the clear direction for the future, but equally by the people and the chance to work more closely with colleagues across both our UK operations and the wider Sanwa and Novoferm teams. I’m looking forward to building on our strengths together and creating new opportunities for our employees, customers, and the business as a whole.
Q: What were your immediate priorities in the role?
Simple really, to get to know our employees, our products and our customers. Pleased to say, we have the most fantastic and dedicated employees I could have hoped for, products that are competitive with many opportunities to improve and develop further, and a customer base full of successful businesses and great people.
Q: What excites you most about the company’s future?
The fact we are yet to realise our true potential in the UK, so much ambition and direction from our shareholders to push all our UK businesses to achieve great things together. We have a real focus on improving the overall customer experience, once we get this right, we will see the progress we are aiming for.
Q: What message would you like to share with the team?
As we look ahead, I’m excited not only by the opportunities for growth but also by the chance to strengthen how we work together. Every one of us has a role in creating a workplace that people enjoy being part of — through collaboration, support, humour, and celebrating the wins along the way. If we all contribute to making each other’s day a little better, we’ll create a stronger team and achieve great things together across our UK, Sanwa and Novoferm businesses
Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
I love to spend as much time as possible with my family, kids are now adults so the one that gets the most attention is our crazy Cavapoo Harper! Alongside this, I am a passionate Liverpool supporter and try to get to as many games as possible. Lastly, I enjoy cooking and nice food, but age determines I now must exercise more due to the food part, so also an avid gym goer.
