An application to Novoferm opens doors to a wide range of career opportunities. Our transparent and straightforward application process has been developed to recognise and evaluate your skills and potential in the best possible way. If your application arouses our interest, we will invite you to a personal interview. Once you have been hired, we will support you with detailed onboarding to help you familiarise yourself with your new area of work.
All employees receive a comprehensive on-boarding programme at the beginning of their employment, which is based on a comprehensive induction plan. The HR department will be happy to answer any questions about the employment relationship at any time.
On-boarding is organised by the operational supervisor and is presented to the new employee on the first day of work and discussed together.
