"Novorol" roller garage doors are made of high-quality aluminium slats and are manufactured according to the roller shutter principle. The doors are fitted with a roller shutter box (Novoshield), which is installed behind, in or in front of the opening.

NovoRol garage doors consist of high-quality aluminium slats. On request, these are available with the Golden Oak, Rosewood and Irish Oak foil surface, which simply repels dirt and moisture.
The Novorol insulated roller door combines a space saving design with the convenience of an electrically operated automatic door. The door lifts vertically and rolls into a box at the head of the garage door opening, providing more space in front of the garage. This allows you the option to park closer as the door does not swing out like a traditional garage door, which is ideal if you have a shorter driveway. The vertical tracks are fitted with brush seals, which ensure low-wear door guidance!
This unique design also allows you more space inside the garage for storage etc.
1. Novoshield
Supplied in the standard colour white. Protects the user from jamming and at the same time offers an attractive appearance.
2. Manual Overide
We supply a crank handle as standard. This allows the door to be opened manually from the inside, for example if the power fails.
3. Control System / Unit
As soon as you open or close the door, the lighting on the control unit is activated. It switches off again automatically after four minutes.
4. Guide Rails
The vertical guide rails are fitted with brush seals that ensure low-wear door guidance and good sealing!
5. Safety Edge
If the door encounters the slightest resistance when closing, the optical closing edge safety device ensures that it stops immediately and opens again.

Our Novorol 77 SBD Roller Garage Door has been independently tested to ensure it can withstand realistic intrusion attempts, giving both you and your customers confidence in its performance.
Secured by Design (SBD) is the official UK Police security initiative that promotes building products proven to reduce crime. With garage doors often targeted by burglars due to the valuable assets they protect and the potential direct access they provide to the home security is more important than ever. SBD focuses on the improvement of products that include doors, windows, locks and walling systems. Products that receive the ‘Secured by Design’ accreditation are certified as providing the highest levels of security.

Our automated insulated Roller doors are constructed from 77mm or 55mm double walled aluminium laths filled with CFC free insulating foam, an ideal solution for those who want to improve the appearance and gain space in their garage. Known as Novorol 77 and 55 these insulated roller doors are strong and efficient. Novorol is a feature packed insulated roller door which comes with a full box and 70mm guides up to 3m or 90mm guide for doors over 3m as standard.
Electrically operated roller garage doors offer more convenience, but also require additional safety devices. For example, the aluminium slat roller shutter curtain must be prevented from suddenly falling. For this purpose, our roller garage doors are equipped with fall protection.
If the supporting equipment fails and the rolling speed therefore exceeds a certain value, this safety device takes effect and stops the door movement automatically.
The anti-opening device protects against unauthorised opening of the door. Electrically operated doors such as roller garage doors always offer a manual unlocking option so that the garage remains accessible even in the event of a power failure.
To prevent this option from being misused, the anti-opening device is included as standard.
If the door encounters the slightest resistance when closing, the optical closing edge safety device ensures that it stops immediately and opens again.
This prevents personal injury and damage to property from the outset.
The closing edge safety device is pre-assembled in the factory as standard and is equipped with an LED status indicator.
