What are the minimum and maximum widths of a Novoferm Up and Over doors?
Minimum and maximum sizes across our up and over door range differ depending on gear type. Minimum width of a single sized canopy door would be 1956mm and a single sized Retractable door 1981mm. Maximum width of a single sized canopy door would be 2438mm and maximum size of a single sized retractable door would be 2743mm.
Minimum width of a double sized Retractable door would be 2744mm and maximum width would be 4877mm, excluding Berwick with a minimum width of 3048mm and maximum width of 4267mm.
What are the minimum and maximum heights of a Novoferm Up and Over doors?
Minimum and maximum height sizes across our full up and over door range differ depending on door design. Please refer to retail price guide to see the size brackets based off your required design choice.
What are the frame sizes for Novoferm Up and Over doors?
On single canopy doors the frame legs are 54mm each side totalling 108mm and for single and double retractable doors the frame legs are 70mm each side, totalling 140mm. The frame head across both single canopy and retractable gears is 45mm. On double retractable doors the frame head will be 68mm.
What security features are provided on Novoferm Up and Over doors?
All up and over doors are supplied with a 4-point slam latching as standard, this can be upgrade to a 4 point locking system with locking bar or even further upgrades are available as part of our Secured by Design Novoguard range.* (*Only available in retractable gear and on selected designs. All doors come with lock hole and handle unless otherwise requested. All double retractable doors come with 3 point locking as standard.
Can Novoferm Up and Over doors be automated?
Yes, as part of our product range, we offer two operators that are suitable for our up and over door range. These are Novomatic 443 and Novomatic 573 S. Find out more about these products here.
