FC8 fire curtains are manufactured from woven glass fibre, offering fire resistance at temperatures up to 1000°C for as long as 180 minutes. Built to endure the most demanding fire conditions, FC8 curtains deliver exceptional protection for both people and property. Integrated stainless steel wire reinforcement improves structural integrity and shape retention during deployment, ensuring reliable compartmentation and helping to prevent the spread of fire throughout a building. These fire compartmentation curtains are specified in commercial, industrial, and public buildings, helping to control fire spread while maintaining safe, protected escape routes when it matters most.

The size of the curtain roller housing (headbox) depends on the fire curtain’s drop and width requirements. Our range of standard headbox sizes for FC8 fire curtains, designed to integrate with, and seamlessly enhance, your building’s fire safety systems:
- Type A (Single Roller Headbox): The standard headbox for use with curtain widths up to 5.5m, supporting up to 8m curtain drop.
- Type C (Over Under Headbox): The standard headbox, supporting unlimited curtain widths with up to 8m curtain drop.
