All of our roller garage doors are supplied as standard with automation, with no manual operation options available. Designed for both Novorol 77mm and Novorol 55mm designs, every door is equipped to deliver smooth, reliable performance and effortless day-to-day use.
We offer a range of high-quality control units to suit different project requirements, including the Novoferm Novorol NR20, Somfy, ANSA, and Teleco Automation systems. Each solution provides precise motor control, integrated safety compatibility and convenient remote operation as standard. All NovoRol garage doors are supplied with Somfy Rollixo control unit as standard. These doors are supplied with a tubular motor and two 2-channel hand-held transmitters as standard.

A new alternative in roller door safety technology has arrived to Novoferm UK. The ANSA Safety System offers an alternative safety system, for our roller door range which is a highly effective and practical solution designed to enhance protection, simplify maintenance and improve reliability.

PROTECTION: Reliable detection across large surface contact areas with its its built-in uneven floor protection. This feature allows the door to respond intelligently to irregular ground surfaces, maintaining consistent safety performance where traditional systems may struggle.

Roll-Smart System from ANSA is designed specifically to equip lightweight aluminium roller doors with a safe , effective, reliable and CE compliant safety system. The active safety system is designed to monitor the closing operation of roller Doors equipped with an ANSA RS- 1 control unit. The Roll-Smart track(s) are mechanically fixed directly to the door guide tracks and electrically connected (low voltage) to the ANSA remote control unit. The Roll-Smart track(s) contain multiple electronic sensors which together with magnetic sensor(s) fitted to the roller door bottom rail enable the RS- 1 microprocessor to safely scan the closing movement of the roller door and detect any obstructions in the path of the closing door, safely reversing the closing movement. The compact and robust design with a cross section of only 22mm x 13mm provides mini mal intrusion into the garage space. Status LED indicators are fitted to the Roll-Smart track(s) and RS-1 unit for easy installation.
The Receiver Unit has a built-in control button which functions in the same way as the Keyfob Transmitter button. The Receiver has a built in courtesy light which will switch on for 3 1/2 minutes whenever the door is operated and turns off automatically.
