Product Specifications

Inflatable Dock Shelters

Introduction

As part of the integrated loading solution, our inflated dock shelter is automatically actuated. After actuating the door OPEN switch, the bellows are first inflated, and then the door opens automatically. At the end of the loading process, the dock leveller is first driven into resting position with the AutoDock function, then the door is closed, a possibly connected loading lamp is switched off, the dock shelter is vented, and an exterior traffic light switches to green. This automatic sequence increases efficiency, saves energy costs, and prevents possible damage caused by removing the lorry too early while the bellows are still inflated.

Advantages

  • Bellows made from PVC.
  • Perfect sealing.
  • Energy-saving.
  • Twin motors for fast and safe inflating.
  • Integrated elements of the loading solution.
Aluminium Dock Shelters

Introduction

The all-purpose aluminium dock shelter forms the perfect connection point between lorry and warehouse. Its flexible frame construction of aluminium profiles largely prevents incorrectly approaching lorries from damaging the seal. Since there are no screws on the front, lorries will also survive any accidental collisions without damage. White markings for the approach further help lorry drivers orient themselves when manoeuvring. In addition, the seal effectively protects against draughts, wind and rain, and thus prevents energy loss.

Advantages

  • Internal rain drain.
  • Spring-back frame.
  • Flexible roof construction Frame construction with aluminium profiles.
  • Articulated arms made of galvanised steel.
  • Universally applicable
