Meet Helen Horsnall:
Customer Service Executive
Novoferm UK, are thrilled to welcome a new addition to our Customer Services department! Helen has joined the business looking to assist our trade partners and regional sales managers with any enquiries presented.
We caught up with her to learn more about her background, how does she feel about Novoferm and find out more about her as a person.
Q: What initially attracted you to join the company?
At the interview stage, I was welcomed by three very personable team members who immediately made me feel at ease. It was clear that they were genuinely passionate about both the products they represent and the wellbeing of their staff. This left a strong positive impression on me, as I believe the workplace should feel like a second home. Additionally, the company’s values clearly reflect its culture and commitment to its people. I was also encouraged by feedback from a family member, who spoke highly of the organisation as a great place to work.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is the people I work with. We have a strong team dynamic and consistently support one another. I particularly enjoy processing orders and the challenge involved in quoting and pricing a wide range of products. I also value interacting with customers; while some queries can be complex, we are always able to find solutions, whether by collaborating as a team or seeking guidance from other departments.
Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
In my personal time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, dining out, and visiting the theatre or cinema. I also like to go swimming whenever I have the opportunity, and I always look forward to our annual holiday abroad.
