Meet Sarah Mullard:
Sales Administrator
Novoferm UK, are thrilled to welcome a new addition to our Customer Services department! Sarah has joined the business looking to assist our trade partners and regional sales managers with any enquiries presented.
We caught up with her to learn more about her background, how does she feel about Novoferm and find out more about her as a person.
Q: What initially attracted you to join the company?
It was very much a case of being in the right place at the right time. I had previously worked on a temporary contract with BGS and Garage Door Company in the finance department, which gave me a good understanding of the business and the opportunity to get to know some of my colleagues. When an opportunity arose in the Customer Service Department, I saw it as the perfect chance to make a complete change from finance. I was delighted to be offered the role, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?
What I value most about my role is the people I work with. I also appreciate the variety the role offers, as no two days are exactly the same. Over time, I have built strong relationships with both colleagues and customers, and I particularly enjoy helping customers find solutions and answer their queries.
Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
Not in any particular order: Reading, Spending time with family and friends, I love music – either listening to or seeing live music and concerts, Films and television and Holidays abroad and travelling.
