Meet Alison Jarrett:
Key Account Manager (Residential)

Novoferm UK are proud to announce the internal progression of Alison Jarrett from Customer Success Manager to Key Account Manager. 

We caught up with her to learn more about her background, how does she feel about Novoferm and find out more about her as a person.

Q: What initially attracted you to join the company?

After over 20 years working in Customer Service running a helpdesk and Customer Service teams. I was looking for a new challenge that was no longer London based.

Q: How has your role evolved since you first started?

When I joined Novoferm five years ago, I was responsible for overseeing a small Customer Service team. Since then, the department has grown significantly, expanding to include Spares and Warranty functions. I have since progressed into the role of Customer Success and Key Account Manager, where I focus on strengthening customer relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?

I am passionate about supporting our customers by actively listening to their needs, thoroughly investigating any issues, and resolving them as efficiently as possible. I particularly value opportunities to meet customers face-to-face, as it allows me to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses and identify ways, we can continuously enhance our offering.

Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?

As a busy mother of two boys, my days are always full—whether it’s football practice or walking the dog. I enjoy spending quality time socialising with friends and family, and whenever I get a moment to myself, you’ll find me relaxing with a good book in the sunshine my perfect way to unwind.
