Meet Julie Scudder:
Customer Success Manager
Novoferm UK are proud to announce the internal progression of Julie Scudder from Customer Service Team Leader to Customer Success Manager.
We caught up with her to learn more about her background, how does she feel about Novoferm and find out more about her as a person.
Q: What initially attracted you to join the company?
I was looking for a new challenge after spending more than 20 years in the home improvements, kitchens and bathrooms industry. I knew I wanted to remain in customer service, which led me to apply here. One of the things that stood out to me from my interview was how comfortable everyone made me feel. The friendly faces and warm introductions were incredibly reassuring. I also researched the group of companies and could see a clear focus on continuous improvement.
Q: How has your role evolved since you first started?
I started as a customer advisor for the National House Builders project and then transferred to the Novoferm customer service team as a Team Leader. I have recently been promoted into the role of Customer Service Manager.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?
Every day is different. Our customer service department is very busy and often challenging but it is also extremely rewarding. Taking a call from someone, whether it is a trade customer, group colleague, or a homeowner provides an opportunity to build a positive relationship.
Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
Cliché possibly but time with my family is my priority. I have a 3 yr old Cockapoo named Jarvis who demands cuddles and loves walk time. I love all sports (except cricket) and support LTFC. With a busy work and home life I very much appreciate being able to enjoy nice holidays as ultimate down time… Sun, Pool and a cocktail.
