Travelling a lot? From now on, your Novoferm garage will accept your parcels for you.
Every day, around 11 million parcels are sent in Germany - and the trend is rising. To ensure that your parcels arrive safely even when you are not at home, DHL and Novoferm now offer the option of having deliveries dropped off directly in your garage.

IT'S THAT SIMPLE

STORAGE LOCATION
Simply enter the garage as the storage location in your DHL customer account and enter the location with access code and a note on opening/closing in the free text field (e.g.: "Garage, Pin 1234, key button").

RECEIVE AT DROP-OFF POINT
If you are unable to accept your delivery in person, the delivery person will place your parcel at the desired drop-off point. Incidentally, you can also use this service for returns.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
If your order has been deposited for you as agreed, DHL will inform you by e-mail or notification card.

PREREQUISITES

REQUIRED INFORMATION FROM DHL
A DHL customer account is required, in which you store the storage location and access code for the deliverer. Your data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
