Our TH 100 roller shutters feature double skinned, thermally insulated slats in standard natural aluminium with a colourless top coat. There are options to add a colour coating and window slats if required, and there is a natural aluminium bottom profile, which is untreated.  

Our 100mm slats provide a conventional profile structure with a double-skinned design, along with a thermally insulating rigid polyurethane foam core that is approximately 23mm thick. The rigid foam bonded without adhesive to the skin ensures excellent surface stability.  

Our THGL100 aluminium with glazing features double-skinned glazed aluminium slats with window cut-outs, which are filled with double skinned transparent acrylic. There is a maximum of 10 slats with window cut-outs.  

The TH 80 roller shutters feature double skinned and thermally insulated slats in standard natural aluminium with a colourless top coat. There is the additional option for colour coating and window slats, with a natural aluminium bottom profile that is untreated.  

Our 80mm aluminium slats are double skinned and approximately 20mm thick. They feature a thermally insulating rigid polyurethane foam core that is bonded without adhesive to the skin, ensuring outstanding surface stability. These are specially designed profiles for a much tighter coil and lower headroom height, and they look fantastic too.  

The THGL80 aluminium with glazing features double-skinned aluminium slats with window cut-outs, which are filled with non-transparent double-skinned acrylic. There is a maximum of 5 slats with window cut-outs per roller shutter.  

Our VH80 and V80L roller shutters are single skin natural aluminium or sendzimir galvanised steel with an option for colour coating and a natural aluminium bottom profile that is untreated.  

Our single skin 80mm slats offer a conventional profile structure and are available in a choice of two models. Our aluminium model is 1 or 1.25mm thick and weatherproof, with a natural bland surface finish. The steel model is 0.75 or 1mm thick with a sendzimir galvanised surface finish.  

The V80L steel option features single skin ventilation slats, which are only available on our steel models. These are 1mm thick with a 5mm perforation, making them approximately 25% air permeable. They come with a standard sendzimir galvanised steel surface finish along with an optional colour coating on both sides (at an extra cost) and a natural aluminium bottom profile that is untreated.
