    Meet Our HR Team
    Jo- HR Manager

    I fell into Human Resources 20 years ago, working as a part time HR Administrator. I enjoyed it so much that I went on to complete my CIPD, gaining a Master’s degree at the same time. I have worked at a senior level in Retail, Finance, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing.

    I joined Novoferm in 2018 and at that time they did not have a HR department. We now have a payroll & HR department and continue to grow the department moving from transactional to a strategic partner in the business.

    Our business is going through a period of change and it is a very exciting time for us all. New hires joining our business join at a very exciting time. There are lots of opportunities to grow with the business and be part of our journey moving forward .

    Wioleta - HR Advisor

    I recently joined Novoferm as an HR Advisor. I gained experience in many areas of HR, previously working as a hospitality management team member as well as an apprenticeship trainer.

    As a people person with a genuine passion for HR and L&D I have always found this aspect of the business extremely rewarding and fascinating.

    I am very much looking forward to expanding my knowledge in the new role with a mentorship of the HR manager and the rest of the team here at Novoferm.

    I graduated in 2018 from Staffordshire University with a 1st Class Degree in Law. Starting my HR journey in 2022 I have gained experience in the Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and Oil & Gas industries.

    My legal background has provided me with strong analytical skills which have greatly assisted me in my HR journey, and I look forward to every new challenge. I am excited to grow and learn with the Novoferm Team.
