Meet Tristan Euridge
Novoferm UK Head of Product Development
Novoferm UK, has strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of Tristan Euridge as the new Head of Product Development. With ten years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a passion for product development, Tristian brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm.
We caught up with him to learn more about his background, how does he feel about Novoferm and find out more about him as a person.
Q: Tristan, can you tell us about your background and the reasons that led you to join Novoferm?
“I have spent my last 10 years working in high quality British manufacturing. Starting life looking at medical equipment, then the energy sector before arriving at the construction industry, I have experienced several different sectors. While I have spent most of my career in design roles, I have also had the pleasure of running engineering teams which has cemented an appreciation of design for manufacture. My time at different companies has taught me various things but first and foremost, people are at the heart of success. When the opportunity to join Novoferm arose, it was an easy decision to join this fantastic team.”
Q: How do you feel about joining Novoferm UK?
“I am extremely excited to be joining the Novoferm group as Head of Product Development. As a market leading company, I am spoiled by having a fantastic range of products already out in the market. However, I am not one for resting on laurels so expect to be seeing some new and exciting developments soon. Watch this space!”
Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
“Outside of work, I am fortunate enough to have a wonderful wife and two even better children aged 3 and 1. Days out with the family mean the world to me and I am loving every minute of being a dad (apart from the endless laundry and general lack of sleep!). We have a dog called Oskar and I love taking him on long walks in the forest when I get the chance. When I’m not being a family man, I play hockey for my local team Warwick. Being from the south coast I am a long-suffering Southampton fan, please don’t feel the need to tell me how awful we are, believe me I already know.”
Welcome aboard, Tristan! We’re thrilled to have Tristan on the team and look forward to seeing the positive impact he’ll have on our company.
