Meet Luciana Kola:
Novoferm UK Head of Marketing
Novoferm UK, has reinforced its leadership team with the appointment of Luciana Kola as the new Head of Marketing. With sixteen years of experience covering marketing strategy, brand strategy, marketing management and digital marketing, Luciana has a proven track record across various industries including manufacturing, building materials and utilities.
We caught up with Luciana to learn more about her background, how does she feel about Novoferm and find out more about her as a person.
Q: Luciana, can you tell us a bit about your background and the reasons that led you to join Novoferm?
I have spent most of my career in the manufacturing industry, with products dedicated to the construction sector. I have had the pleasure to work for international companies, which have allowed me to extend my marketing skills and get better at every aspect of marketing.
I have had the pleasure in working with very knowledgeable individuals whose methodology of working has shaped my professionalism and my passion for marketing.
When the opportunity arose to join the European Manufacturer of industrial, domestic and commercial door solutions; Novoferm, it was very easy to decide considering that most of my background comes from the manufacturing industry.
Q: How do you feel about joining Novoferm UK?
Coming from an International manufacturing background, I am very excited to be part of a company that has established itself as a major supplier of garage and industrial doors but most of all be part of a great and supportive team.
Furthermore, working along an excellent team, make this role more enjoyable.
Q: How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
Apart from spending time with my family, my two favourite activities outside of work are reading and running. I found reading extremely relaxing and enjoyable, which stimulate my imagination and creativity. Something that it is a must in marketing.
