My journey started at Novoferm at the beginning of August 2023 as a Marketing Executive in our Sales & Marketing Department. My experience comes from many years working with numerous companies in different industries & sectors as a Freelance Marketer until making the entire move into the world of garage doors. After a few years in my previous role, focusing on the more retail side of the garage door industry, where I even worked closely with Novoferm UK, it was time to challenge myself even further in taking on this new role when the role presented itself. I offered an honest assessment of where I believed needed improvement and the current look from an outside view. My role now includes overseeing all online content & profiles, building on present relationships & creating new ones while working closely with our sales team in completing projects for our customers & completing new projects to assist all parts of the business. I aim to implement a clear marketing strategy to help Novoferm UK become the trade supplier of choice, extending our current brand awareness & providing support to our amazing customers of our products.
