Introducing Brad Barley

My Journey started in different sales departments across numerous construction based roles. After a brief break travelling the world and even living abroad in Bangkok, it was time for a return, where I found myself in the garage door industry. Negotiating sales, working with manufacturers and looking after the customers’ accounts spring to mind. Over time, with further experience under my belt and continuous development, I found myself in my first role here at Novoferm as a Regional Sales Manager. After showcasing my skills and knowledge and exceeding targets, I received an opportunity and a new challenge as Sales & Marketing Manager. This role consists of managing Novoferm business development, managing the Regional Sales Managers and liaising with them alongside the marketing team to deliver the best quality products, the best marketing materials and providing excellent customer service is provided to our amazing customers. I love working in this role, especially working closely with my colleagues, the team togetherness here at Novoferm really does shine through with everyone aiming towards the same end goal; Helping Novoferm UK become the trade supplier of choice.
