Customer Service Manager
Helen Sodling joined the Novoferm team in December 2019 as the Customer Service Manager.
Helen has over 10 years’ experience in the management of customer service and joins us from the bicycle distribution industry, where she has spent the last 7 years providing a high level of support and service to some of the biggest retailers in the UK. Helen will use her experience to make positive changes to internal processes which will help to improve our overall service to all our customers.
Helen is originally from Sweden, and even though she has been in the UK for 14 years, she feels that nothing quite beats the Swedish summers. There are many fond memories of Midsummer festivities, Crayfish parties and the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm. When Helen is not working she enjoys going to live music venues and stand-up comedy shows. She is also an avid football fan, having played for 10 years in her youth and then coached her local girls’ team for two years.
