The Novoferm N2/50 is the classic fire-resistant door from Novoferm and offers a high degree of flexibility in size range and glazing.
Construction & Composition (N2/50)
The door leaf is 52 mm thick and powdercoat primed with securing pins to prevent the door leaf from bending out in the case of fire. A threepart construction hinge with ball race as well as a three-part spring hinge are supplied. With glazed elements, a door closer is supplied .The door leaf filling of the fireresistant door N2/50 corresponds to DIN 4202. In addition, the fire-resistant door N2/50 is also available as smokeproof according to DIN 18095 and as burglar-resistant according to DIN V ENV 1627 WK2. Suitable for installation in concrete, masonry, foam, mortar, gypsum plaster boards. The corner door frame made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet is supplied with wall plug anchors as well as a primer powder coating.The N2/50 element is fitted with a high quality, three-sided circumferential rubber seal. This sits in the groove of the frame and provides for effective soundproofing (according to DIN52210) and excellent closure damping at an especially low closing pressure.
The two-leaf fireresistant door T30-2 Novoferm N22/50 is ideally suited for fire-proof closures in industrial, business, trade and public buildings. Because there are many standard and special sizes, from 1375 to 3000 mm wall widths, a suitable door can be found for every opening. Novoferm N22/50 offers a high degree of flexibility due to the four glazing variants that are available on request at an extra price.

Both door leaves, with a thickness of 52 mm, are produced with a thick rebate made from 1.0mm thick, galvanized steelsheet. Two three-part construction hinges with ball race and two securing pins per door prevent the door leaves from bending out in the case of fire. As a means of closing both doors always have a door closer as well as a door-coordinator. The automatic retracting bolt of the inactive leaf locks in the upward direction (above 2500 x 2500 mm size supplied as standard with an automatic retracting bolt on the hinge opposite side). The corner door frame made of 2.0 mm thick steel sheet is supplied with wall plug anchors as well as primer powder coating. In addition, the fire-resistant door N22/50 is also available as smokeproof according to DIN 18095 and as sound-proof according to DIN 52210. Tested and approved according to the stringent conditions of DIN 4102 the door H8-5s offers optimum safety. In the standard design the fireresistant ready to- fit elements have a black rounded handle set made of PVC with steel core. The dual profile cylinder knob-lever lock contains a single tumbler lock insert with key.

The corner door frame and welded-on wall plug anchor consists of 2 mm thick, galvanized steel sheet. A high quality 4- sided circumferential rubber seal made of EPDM sits in the groove of the frame and provides for excellent closure damping. In the case of fire a fire-proof strip foams up and seals the air gap between the leaf and the frame. The door or flap leaves have a filling of mineral fibre mats, are rebated on two sides and therefore can be used on the right or left. As standard they are galvanized and are primed with an electrostatic powder-coating based on polyester in the colour standard white similar to RAL 9016 (sound-proof according to DIN 52210, W approx. 39 dB).
