PVC Speedroller Polara

The Polara is an option package of the Speedroller door design for use in temperatures as low as minus 30°C (freezer rooms for example)

Specification changes relative to the standard Speedroller

The drive and control panel are heated and rated to IP65
The top roller is fitted with a draught seal
The lateral guide profiles are heated
Plastic wear strips in the lateral guide profiles instead of brush seals
The door curtain is made of 0.7 mm polyester fibre reinforced plastic sheet
Available door curtain colours: grey, red, yellow, white, orange, green, blue and black
No vision section or high-frequency welded windows
2 radar units for bottom safety edge protection
Bottom beam fitted as standard with multilene 'anti-crash' guides without an emergency stop interlock
The safety photocell and reflector are heated and rated to IP67
An ice formation sensor is standard
The door opens automatically every 15 minutes to remove ice build-up (ice can form if condensation arises when the door opens and closes).
