PVC Speedroller Food
The Speedroller Food is an option package of the Speedroller design for use in the food and chemical industries where strict hygiene requirements are in force
Components & Construction
- The basic door design is based on the Speedroller
- The max. width x height is 4000 mm x 5000 mm
- The max. permissible wind pressure is 5 Beaufort
- The door curtain is made of 1.2 mm polyester fibre reinforced plastic sheet
- Available door curtain colours: orange, blue, yellow, black and white.
Specification changes relative to the standard Speedroller
- The top roller is treated for extra corrosion resistance
- The lateral guide profiles are made of stainless steel (304)
- Plastic wear strips in the lateral guide profiles instead of brush seals
- The door curtain features encapsulated braces.
Options
- IP65 drive and controls
- Stainless steel (304) hood over the drive and/or top roller
- Bottom beam fitted with aluminium 'Break Away' guides with an emergency stop interlock
- Frequency inverter control for an opening speed of approx. 1.5 m/s and a closing speed of approx. 0.75 m/s.
