MZ 53-1
For particularly heavy use. With its stable construction of 1.0 mm thick steel skins the MZ 53-1 multi-purpose door is suitable for use inside and outside in the private, commercial and industrial building sectors. With special sizes up to 1400 mm in width and 3000 mm in height and a number of special fittings it is an ideal solution for every special application.

The double skinned door leaf with thick rebate, rebated on three sides, made of hot-galvanized and primed steel sheet, similar to RAL 9016, is 53 mm thick and has a mineral wool insulation filling, insulation as per DIN 52619 (UT = 0.8 W/m2K). It is hung by means of two (three above 2500 mm in height) three-dimensionally adjustable hinges including ball bearings and has a securing pin on the hinge side. The MZ 53-1 multi-purpose door is equipped as standard with a black round lever handle set and a profile cylinder insertion lever/fixed lock prepared for the customer to use a profile cylinder. The 2.0 mm thick, hot-galvanized and primed corner frame is equipped with a rubber seal on three sides. This sits in the frame groove and ensures effective sound proofing and excellent closing. The MZ 53-1 multi-purpose door can also be supplied with an extension or profile frame.
MZ 53-2
With a size range of up to 3000 x 3500 mm the MZ 53-2 double leaf multi-purpose door is suitable for large openings in walls. In terms of technology, hardware and configuration options it corresponds to the MZ 53-1; a concealed espagnolette ensures stabilisation of the inactive leaf. Reinforcement of the upper door closer inside (only in the active leaf).

Ready-to-install element for inside and outside use; door leaves and frame galvanized and powder-coat primed, door leaves 53 mm thick, rebated 3 sides in thick rebate design, can be used left or right, powder coated in standard white similar to RAL 9016. Hinges adjustable in three dimensions. Also available with glazing. Middle transom profile on the inactive leaf with hidden forend retracting bolt. The standard scope of supply contains rubber seal, DPC mortice lock with draw-back latch and rounded handle set turn lock mounted.
