iso 45 - the deluxe sectional garage door range
iso 45 overhead sectional doors are ideal for private garages with an opening from 2.250m wide up to 5.500m wide (7'0" to 18'0") and are ideally suited for both new construction and renovation jobs. Side opening iso 45 sectional doors are also available for widths up to 5940mm (19'6")
iso 45 doors feature 45mm thick CFC-free rigid polyurethane foam insulation for excellent sound and thermal insulation and use the tried and tested Novoferm torsion spring lifting system with double safety break. iso 45 doors provide maximum personal safety and operational reliability
iso 45 door panels give excellent heat and noise insulation with a 45mm thick CFC-free PUR rigid foam core. The heat insulation value: K=0.5 W/m2K. Panels are finished as standard in polyester coat traffic white (similar to RAL 9016) on the exterior face and grey white (similar to RAL 9002) on the inside. Optional colours including laminated wood-effect foil finishes are available
A double safety break (one on each side of the door) and the robust, maintenance-free torsion springs give peace of mind and reassurance that uncontrolled door descent cannot happen, even in the event of a cable or spring failure. The torsion springs are located either at the front of the tracks or at the rear, depending on the space available.
The specially designed Novoferm panel joints are 'pinch free', designed to protect wayward fingers both inside and outside the garage. As the door closes, the joints push fingers away from danger. In addition, the flexible lip seals between the sections fit softly even at low temperatures and prevent any heat losses and dust from penetrating
Novoferm overhead sectional doors are supplied with a steel frame for perfect installation and to enable you to wave goodbye to your old timber frame and the maintenance it may need. In addition, the frame has a high-weather-resistant stainless steel base. This allows water to drain off freely and ensures no rust can start to form on the frame over the long term.
The vertical side frames have extra wide lip seals to give even better heat insulation and resistance to dirt penetration
A frost-proof rubber floor seal on the bottom edge of the door guarantees optimum protection from weather and dirt and completes the all-round weather protection. It also evens out slight floor unevenness. The seal is made of high quality EPDM, a material known for its high elasticity, weather resistance and long life-span
